You will receive a full refund without question in the following situations:
Your blueprint was not emailed within 24 hours of confirmed payment and we cannot deliver it promptly.
The plan you received does not match the sport, level, or key details you submitted in the form.
A technical error on our side prevented a usable plan from being generated or delivered.
You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
A complete, personalised plan was delivered to your email address within 24 hours as promised.
You decided you no longer want a training plan after it has been delivered.
The plan reflects what you entered in the form. Results depend on accurate input — please fill the form carefully.
Training outcomes depend on your consistency and effort. We cannot refund based on athletic performance.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing fightersblueprintbusinuess@gmail.com. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
If you are charged for a renewal after you have clearly requested cancellation, we will refund that charge in full.
As a consumer in Norway, you are protected by the Angrerettloven (Right of Withdrawal Act). However, under Section 22(1)(b) of that act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has already been delivered and you consented to delivery beginning immediately upon purchase — which is the case with FightersBlueprint training plans.
This does not affect your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law in cases of defective or non-delivered services. If you believe you have been treated unfairly, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for free mediation.

We will assess your request and respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Vipps and typically appear within 3–5 business days.
We would rather fix the problem than issue a refund. If your plan missed the mark, tell us what was wrong and we will regenerate it at no extra charge before processing any refund.
